Member Update Form

Berks County Skywarn is undergoing a major update of its member list during the month of April. We are attempting to purge the list of those who may not be interested in participating, as well as those who are now deceased since the last major update of our rolls, as well as updating location information if need be of those still interested in the program.

This is a very important project: the NWS wants to ensure that when they need to contact specific regions for reports, they will be able to contact those still interested in Skywarn. Please respond even if you are no longer interested in Skywarn so that we may remove you. If you have already responded to either a letter or phone call, it is not necessary to use this form.
